How do I set up my subscription?

  1. First step, find the product you want to buy and check if the "subscription" option is available. If so, you will see a “ subscribe ” button.
  2. Click on this button to access the frequency (every week, month, etc.) as well as the duration of your subscription for the selected product.
  3. Once you have chosen your subscription frequency and duration, add the product to your cart as you normally would for a regular purchase. You can then go to the basket to finalize your order.
  4. When placing your first order, you will need to enter your payment information so that we can automatically collect payment for each future delivery. You can use a bank card for this payment.
  5. Once your order is complete, we will send the first delivery to the address you provided. Subsequent deliveries will automatically be sent at regular intervals, depending on the options you chose when subscribing.

Can I subscribe to several products?

Yes, this is one of the advantages of our formula! You can directly from your account add one or more products to your next scheduled delivery on an ad hoc basis (= without subscribing to it). You can take the opportunity to test a novelty, give a gift to one of your loved ones! To do this, simply modify your next delivery and add the desired product on an ad hoc basis in the "add a product on an ad hoc basis" section.

When is my bank card charged? What if I change bank card?

When placing your first order, you will need to enter your payment information so that we can automatically collect payment for each future delivery. You can use a bank card for this payment.

Your credit card will be debited on the date your order is prepared. You will receive an email to remind you of the shipping date of your next scheduled delivery 5 days before. If you want to change cards or if your current credit card is no longer valid, you can modify it directly from your account.

Will I be notified each time my package is scheduled to be shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email to remind you of the shipping date for your next scheduled delivery. This email will be sent to you 5 days before the automatic taking of the order corresponding to your subscription. Thanks to this, you can cancel the shipment or add products on an ad hoc basis (= without subscribing to them) to your order. Without modification on your part, your order will be identical to that of the previous scheduled delivery. And if your changes take place after preparation, they will be applied to the next delivery.
Finally, you can track your package by sending your tracking number by email.

Can I benefit from your promotional offers as a subscriber?

Yes, you can take advantage of a promotional / discount code by adding it directly from your account to be able to benefit from it on your next scheduled delivery!
Log in to your account space , then go to "My subscriptions", click on the "Modify" button in the "Next Delivery" section, then enter the promo code under the "delivery address" section.
