When we decided to outsource our logistics, we considered several options, but none aligned with our values like the ESAT did. It was as if fate had orchestrated this meeting. We were impressed by the supervisory team and the workers with disabilities, and we knew it was the right decision for our company.
We took the time to train the supervisory staff and create visual aids to help our new collaborators understand product associations. Today, thanks to this collaboration, our orders are prepared with care and expertise, thus contributing to a more inclusive and equitable society.
In addition to the environmental aspect, the social aspect is a fundamental value for us. We are proud to support job creation for people with disabilities and to participate in building a society where everyone has their place. ESATs allow people with disabilities who have not acquired enough autonomy to work in an ordinary environment, including in a supported enterprise or independently, to perform work in a protected environment.
Now all our shipments are handled by the Colibris workshop. We continue our environmental approach with our eco-responsible packaging and now we are opening a social page. This new step helps encourage the employment of people with disabilities and raise awareness among our employees about the fight against
discrimination and exclusion.
