ARTICLE 1 – GAME ORGANIZATION
ELEMENT VET registered with the trade and companies register under number: 82272758200014, with its registered office located at 82 avenue Aristide Berges, 38190 Villard-Bonnot, France.
Organizes from 10/11/2023 to 10/29/2023, a free game with no purchase obligation titled: MY DOG, MY HERO CONTEST (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), according to the terms described in these rules.
This operation is neither organized nor sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free game is open to any individual over 18 years of age, with internet access and a valid email address, residing in European Union countries, with the exception of the organizing company's staff and their families, as well as all persons who participated in the game's development.
The game is subject to the French law applicable to games and contests.
Any minor participant must, however, obtain prior authorization from one of their two parents or their legal guardian to participate in the Game.
The organizing company may ask any minor participant to justify this authorization and, if necessary, disqualify a participant who cannot provide such justification.
The organizing company may ask any minor winner to justify the said authorization relating to their participation in the Game. The organizing company reserves the right to draw another winner if an initial winner, if minor, is unable to provide sufficient proof of said authorization.
The mere act of participating in this game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Each participant agrees that their story may be published and grants us the right to use the hero's photo.
ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION METHODS
This game takes place exclusively on Facebook and Instagram platforms on the dates indicated in article 1. Participation in the game involves liking ELEMENT VET's Facebook and Instagram pages, then providing your testimony related to the contest theme.
Only one participation per person - same last name, same first name, same email address or Facebook ID - is allowed throughout the game period.
ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS
The Grand Winner: the best story
The winner chosen for the best story will be announced on Sunday, 10/29/23, at 8 PM, by a jury of 3 people: Valérie Maumon (ELEMENT VET – Clément Guennelon (Alpyne dog) – Jérémy Neto (Turtle).
The winner will be contacted within the following 24 hours, confirming the nature of the prize won and the terms for claiming it. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days of the prize notification being sent will be deemed to have forfeited it, and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
Our favorite: We reserve the right to award a different prize to the author of a story that particularly touched us.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
Prize: a 6-month subscription to a product of choice and a surprise gift!
We reserve the right to award a different prize to the author of a story that particularly touched us and becomes our favorite.
The organizing company reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over their prize. Prizes cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even the trade, of the prizes by the winners. In case of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the won prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value.
ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
Participants authorize the verification of their identity. Non-compliance with these rules, as well as any fraud or attempt to cheat, regardless of the method, will result in the outright elimination of the participant's entry.
