Organic solid shampoo with Fir essential oils and its cork case

A solid shampoo cold-processed in the Jura, from castor, sunflower and coconut oils, scented with Siberian fir essential oil. Its rich lather gently washes the coat and rinses out easily: the coat stays soft, and white stays white. One 75 g bar replaces about one litre of liquid shampoo.

Who is it for, and when

• dogs that need a bath, once a month at most;
• paws and belly, after a muddy outing;
• white or light coats.

Ingredients

Castor oil (Ricinus communis), sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), coconut oil (Cocos nucifera), Siberian fir essential oil (Abies sibirica) from organic farming, water, sodium hydroxide (the lye is used for saponification: it turns into soap). No animal-derived ingredients, no sulphates, no silicones, no parabens, no preservatives. 75 g bar, made in the Jura.

How to use

Wet the coat thoroughly with lukewarm water. Rub the bar directly on the coat and massage into a lather, avoiding the eyes. Rinse very thoroughly, until the water runs clear, then dry your dog. One bath a month is enough for most dogs; paws can be washed more often.

Storage

After use, let the bar air-dry, on a soap dish or in its open cork case, away from standing water. Kept dry, it will last a long time.

Precautions for use

• For external use. Avoid the eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Contains an essential oil: do not use on puppies under 3 months, or on pregnant or nursing bitches.
• Do not use on a wound or irritated skin. If redness appears, rinse and ask your vet for advice.
