Three actions in a single course

Sensitive, itchy skin

For dogs with itching, dandruff or redness, and for dogs with atopic tendencies or eczema, alongside veterinary follow-up. Zinc and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin; burdock completes the formula.

Regrowth and coat beauty

Zinc, biotin and vitamin B6 are involved in hair formation; marine collagen and brewer's yeast complete the formula. Promotes a thicker, softer and shinier coat, especially useful after moulting, in case of hair loss, after pregnancy or when the coat is dull.

Paw pads and nose

Zinc and biotin are involved in making keratin, which gives paw pads, nose and claws their strength. Suitable for dry or cracked paw pads, a dry nose, and for sporting, hunting or hiking dogs that walk on hard ground.

The quality of a dog's coat and skin often reflects its overall health. Itching, dull coat, hair loss, fragile paw pads or dandruff can be linked to nutritional deficiencies or a skin imbalance.

Coat and Pads provides essential nutrients to nourish the skin, strengthen the paw pads and promote a dense, shiny coat. Its formula combines plants, vitamins and trace elements to naturally support your pet's skin health.

Common skin imbalances in our pets: zinc deficiency, fragile paw pads and claws, dry nose, itching, greasy or dull coat, dandruff, unpleasant skin or coat odour, shedding, hair loss.

After pregnancy, the coat often needs extra support.

Sporting and working dogs (competition, show, contest preparation): 1 to 2 months before the event or the competition season.

It can be combined with Anti-Stress for dogs that lick themselves a lot and develop lick sores.

Omega-3 and skin. Essential fatty acids help keep the skin barrier balanced. For dogs with sensitive or itchy skin, Coat and Pads can be combined with our Krill Oil, a natural source of EPA and DHA omega-3: one provides zinc and vitamins in particular, the other omega-3.

Composition per tablet. Ingredients: maltodextrin, cellulose (binder), marine collagen hydrolysate 100 mg, brewer's yeast 100 mg, burdock powder 50 mg. Additives: zinc gluconate 14 mg, vitamin B5 2 mg, vitamin B6 0.58 mg, biotin 0.05 mg, liver flavouring, magnesium stearate.

Analytical constituents (per 100 g): crude protein 17.2 g, crude fat < 0.5 g, crude fibre 32.2 g, crude ash 1.94 g, calcium 107 mg, phosphorus 152 mg, sodium 38 mg.

Dosage per animal

Give 1 tablet per 15 kg of body weight per day, at mealtime.

Course length: at least 2 months, to be repeated at each change of season. From 3 months of age. Ask your vet for advice.

Dogs under 5 kg: 1/4 tablet

Dogs from 5 to 10 kg: 1/2 tablet

Our ingredients

Marine collagen

Collagen is the main protein of the skin, tendons, ligaments and cartilage. It is provided here as hydrolysed marine collagen. 100 mg per tablet.

Brewer’s yeast

A natural source of B vitamins and protein, long used for a beautiful coat. It complements the zinc and vitamins in the formula. 100 mg per tablet.

Burdock

A root traditionally used for skin comfort: it has soothing properties and may have a positive effect on itching. 50 mg per tablet.

Zinc

The skin’s trace element: it contributes to the production of keratin and to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and claws, together with biotin and B vitamins. 14 mg of zinc gluconate per tablet.

Vitamins B5 and B6

B6 is involved in making cysteine, a component of the keratin in hair; B5 contributes to normal energy metabolism. 2 mg of B5 and 0.58 mg of B6 per tablet.

Biotin (vitamin B8)

A B vitamin, also called B8 (or B7), naturally found in brewer’s yeast. It contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, together with zinc. 0.05 mg per tablet.

Which dogs is Coat & Paw Pads for?

Dogs with sensitive skin that scratch or have dandruff; dogs with a dull or thin coat, during moulting or after clipping; and dogs whose paw pads and nose are dry or damaged after hiking, snow or salt. An atopic dog, or one that scratches a lot, should be followed by its vet: Coat & Paw Pads supports that follow-up.

How many tablets should I give?

1 tablet per day per 15 kg of body weight, at mealtime: 1/4 tablet under 5 kg, 1/2 from 5 to 10 kg, 1 tablet from 10 to 15 kg, then 1 tablet per 15 kg (2 tablets for a 30 kg dog).

How long does a course last?

1 month: to discover it and see the first effects;
2 months: to settle well-being over time.

Then repeat the course at each change of season, when your dog moults.

From what age?

From 3 months. The dose follows your dog's weight.

How do I give it?

The tablet can be split, to suit your dog's weight. Give it on its own or mixed into their meal.

Can it be combined with Krill Oil?

Yes, it is our skin and coat combination: the nutrients of Coat & Paw Pads on one side, the marine omega-3 of Krill Oil on the other, which contribute to healthy skin and a shiny coat.

My dog licks its paws a lot, what should I do?

Have it examined by your vet, especially if it is causing a lick wound. When stress is involved, Coat & Paw Pads can be combined with our Anti-Stress.

Can several courses be given at the same time?

Yes. When you give two courses, you can give both with the morning meal, or one in the morning and the other in the evening if your dog has two meals a day.

The only exception: Digestion and Vermiflore, which replace each other.
